Skipper

Did you know ?

The mightiest pirate was a female Chinese prostitute.

How can we help?

Import content from another website

Skipperblogs has developed several tools to import your content from other blogging platforms

You can use these modules to import your articles, pages, images and, for some platforms, your browsing trail, in a few clicks

Go to DashboardModules Import/Export Importation to see the list of supported platforms

How does it works ?

You choose a module/CMS from which you want to import content. You will be asked to provide some information such as the URL of your site, you account name or an export file.

Each import module will display a list of items ready to be copied before proceeding to the import. This allows you to test and see the result in advance.

Once the import is initiated, the copy may take several minutes to complete. If your site has many images, for example, the system will need to copy them one by one to your Skipperblogs site. You can follow the import progress on the import home page DashboardModules Import/Export Importation  .

Import your content

See the import instructions for each module on the dedicated support pages :

Wordpress   Wix     Sailbogs     Blogger

Your system/platform is not listed ?

There are hundreds of online solutions to manage your website and we cannot develop a module for each. That said, if one of them is sufficiently preferred by Skipperblogs users, we will be happy to develop an import module. Do not hesitate to send us your wishes and needs by contacting our support.
